1. Introduction

Welcome to Fast Labels (3J Digital Labels). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Fast Labels provides custom label printing services. Prices shown in our instant label builder are the prices you pay at checkout, verified on our server before you are sent to Shopify. We may only adjust a quote if your artwork or specifications differ materially from what you submitted (e.g. non-print-ready files or impossible die lines).

3. Orders & Payment

Online orders are confirmed when payment is completed on Shopify checkout. Production begins after artwork approval. Turnaround times are estimates and commence from artwork approval, not from the moment you place your order.

4. Artwork & Files

Clients are responsible for ensuring artwork files are print-ready. Fast Labels is not liable for errors in client-supplied artwork. We recommend requesting a digital proof before full production. File upload acceptance does not constitute approval of print quality or content.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before artwork approval. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis for defective products or production errors attributable to Fast Labels.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Fast Labels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Free delivery applies to standard South African addresses; remote or express delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fast Labels or its licensors. Client artwork remains the property of the client. Fast Labels retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fast Labels' liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
